Our Employment team (working closely with our Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Business Crime teams) regularly advise boards, directors, NEDs and shareholders on boardroom and shareholder disputes.  We enable our clients to resolve even the most intractable conflicts without letting the business become a casualty. 

We devise and implement effective strategies for resolving boardroom and shareholder disputes, whether through negotiation, mediation or litigation. 

Boardroom disputes can become a major distraction for a business if they are allowed to spiral out of control. Whether fuelled by personality clashes or commercial disagreements they require sensitive handling and sophisticated strategies. 

We enable our clients to resolve disputes by using the full range of tools at our disposal, including claims for breach of contract or directors'/fiduciary duties, unfair prejudice and derivative actions, buy-outs, and mediation or arbitration, so that they can focus on growing their businesses.
