Josh Page is a trainee solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team.

Josh currently works in the Commercial Litigation team. He acts on a wide range of complex, cross-border disputes including insolvency and civil fraud proceedings.

Prior to this, he spent his first seat in the firm's corporate practice in Business Recovery and Reconstruction and second seat in Banking and Real Estate Finance. He's acted on both contentious and non-contentious issues, representing companies entering various insolvency procedures and creditors seeking to recover their contractual debts.

Recent work
  • Acting on behalf of the business assisting with initiating and coordinating the administration process of HMV.
  • Assisted with the successful defence of a Deutsche Bank trader prosecuted by the SFO in relation to manipulation of the EURIBOR.
  • Assisted on the insolvency and restructuring of a well-known high street designer.
  • Managed disclosure exercises on various commercial, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
