Robyn Watson represents domestic and foreign entities in commercial disputes. She specialises in contractual disputes, financial services disputes, and professional negligence claims.

She provides comprehensive and commercial advice on the interpretation and enforceability of contractual terms and possible claims arising from professional negligence.

Robyn additionally advises on shareholder disputes and directors' duties and responsibilities.

She has extensive hands-on experience in the County Courts and High Court as well as working on several cases in the Court of Appeal.

Robyn works with her clients to find a pragmatic and commercial resolution to their dispute.
