Josh Page is a solicitor specialising in commercial dispute resolution.

He acts on a wide variety of matters for both corporate and individual clients. He regularly advises on complex civil fraud claims, shareholder disputes and breach of contract claims, often with a focus on the financial services sector. 

Josh also has experience of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, advising household names in the retail and restaurant sectors.

He has a keen interest in cryptoasset regulation and their treatment by the courts; often authoring online articles on recent developments.

Josh is also a member of the German team and is involved in the firm's pro bono work.

  • Assisted with the successful defence of a Deutsche Bank trader prosecuted by the SFO in relation to manipulation of the EURIBOR.
